This company is very unorganized. They don't have anything in order in their office. Each time I call, they have an issue finding my account, although I've used them for years. One time a they argued with me about us not having an account with them and not having a bin, when I was looking right at the 30 yard dumpster when I made the phone call! We were also delivered a damaged bin with a broken door hinge where the door would not close. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE
